8 inch Chef's Knife - Handmade Olive Wood Handle

These custom Chef's Knives feature an 8" blades made from AUS-10 Core reinforced steel with 2 Layers of forged steel with 60+ Rockwell hardness. With excellent edge retention, they will stay razor sharp for years to come. 

The gorgeous handles are crafted from Olive and make a perfect companion to our Olive Wood Charcuterie/Cutting boards.  The handle is perfectly weighted and balanced. The knife + handle measures 13.5" and features a full tang and 2 sets of pins with a Mosaic center pin.

The handles are treated with food-safe Walrus-brand Oil and Wood Wax.

USE AND CARE: not recommended for chopping bone or for use on hard surfaces like granite, tile, or glass cutting boards; wash by hand with gentle dish soap, rinse, and dry with a dishcloth; sharpen with a whetstone at an angle of 15 degrees.
